A visit to Coche-Dury

I was elsewhere when Domaine Coche-Dury harvested their Charlemagne so I arranged to photograph the progress of it’s malolactic fermentation. Jean-François did the job while Rafael his son was busy with visitors. He was in good form and preparing to leave for Japan.
